Before and After School Care 2010-2011
Before and after school care is offered at RMS from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Payment is due in advance with monthly tuition payment and is calculated on estimated hours required.
The table below shows the rates for daily time intervals ranging from 1 hour to 4 hours.
The actual time your child is in BASC will be calculated daily and billed to your account on a weekly basis. When time taken exceeds prepayment, additional time will be billed at the original rate or less.
EXAMPLE: Parent prepays for 2 hours per day. In week 1 times recorded are 2.15 hours, 1.45 hours, 1.50 hours, 2.10 hours and 2.14 hours and 2.14 hours – total of 10.14 hours. Additional billing will be 0.14 hours.
When weekly totals are consistently below or above estimated hours prepaid, parents may choose to adjust prepayment on a monthly basis.

Siblings will be billed at half price (prepays only).
A drop in option is available for emergency situations, and will be charged at the rate of $6.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $3.00. A late fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged after 6:00 p.m.
